Who we are
Pamvita is a trading name of Pamirian Pharma Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15734399), registered office Office 121, Unit 1, Watling Gate, 297–303 Edgware Road, London NW9 6NB. Email: hello@pamvita.com.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
What Pamvita is — and is not
Pamvita is a booking and results platform. Through it you can find partner locations (such as pharmacies) that offer selected wellness checks, book and pay for a check, and see the result the partner records.
Pamvita is not a hospital, GP service, the NHS, or a diagnostic or treatment service. Wellness checks give general wellness information only. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Pamvita does not interpret your result and does not give medical advice. Our Wellness & Medical Disclaimer forms part of these terms.
Who you are contracting with
When you book through Pamvita, your booking contract is with Pamvita: we take your payment, hold your booking, make your result available in your account and handle cancellations and refunds under these terms.
The wellness check itself is carried out by the independent partner location you choose. The partner is responsible for performing the check with reasonable care and skill, for its staff, premises and equipment, and for complying with its own professional and regulatory obligations. We choose partners with care and require them to meet our onboarding standards, but we do not carry out checks ourselves.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a check, and you confirm this when you sign up. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your details accurate.
Booking and paying
The price shown for each check is the total price you pay: there are no booking fees, service charges or taxes added at checkout. We tell you the total before you confirm, and the amount you pay is shown again in your confirmation email.
In the United Kingdom you pay online by card when you book, through our payment provider Stripe; your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. In regions where we offer reserve-and-pay-at-location bookings (currently Morocco), no payment is taken online: you reserve a time free of charge and pay the fixed price shown directly at the partner location before your check.
Availability, the checks offered and appointment times are set by each partner and may change. If an obvious pricing error occurs we may correct it and will tell you before going ahead.
Discount codes are applied before payment and are subject to the conditions stated when the code is issued.
Your right to cancel, and our cancellation policy
Cancelling within 14 days of booking (your legal right). Because you book at a distance, you have a legal right to cancel a paid booking within 14 days of the day you made it and receive a full refund, provided the check has not yet been carried out. When you book, we ask you to request that we arrange your appointment straight away — including where it falls inside those 14 days — and to acknowledge that once the check has been carried out it can no longer be cancelled. Cancelling before the check simply gives you a full refund; nothing is deducted.
Cancelling after the 14-day period. You can still cancel from your account at any time before your appointment. If you cancel 24 hours or more before the appointment, you receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the booking is cancelled but the payment is not automatically refunded, because the partner has reserved that time for you; contact us if you had a genuine reason and we will review it.
Rescheduling is free at any time before your appointment, to another available time at the same partner; your payment carries over. If we or the partner cancel, you always receive a full refund whatever the timing.
How to cancel: open the booking under "My bookings" in your account and choose Cancel, or email hello@pamvita.com. You may use the cancellation form in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, but you do not have to. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 14 days of cancellation; your bank typically shows them within 5–10 working days.
Our full Cancellation & Refund Policy — including missed appointments, checks that could not be completed, and pay-at-location bookings — forms part of these terms.
Your results
Where a result is made available to you, it is the reading recorded by the partner from its analyser, shown with the unit and the published reference interval the partner supplies. Pamvita does not interpret it. Only a named pharmacist's written note, where one is provided, contains any professional comment. Please speak to a qualified healthcare professional about what your result means for you; if you have symptoms or urgent concerns, seek medical help promptly.
We store and show your result only with the explicit consent you give at booking. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see our Privacy Notice).
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, to attend your appointment or cancel in good time, to follow the partner's reasonable instructions, not to book for anyone who does not meet the eligibility requirements, and not to misuse the service.
Acceptable use of the website
When using the website you must not:
- use it unlawfully, fraudulently or to cause harm;
- try to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with how the website works;
- copy, scrape or reproduce our content without permission;
- submit false, offensive, defamatory or misleading content, including in reviews.
Reviews
You can review a partner location only after a completed booking there. Reviews must be honest, your own, and based on your genuine experience. We do not pay for or incentivise reviews. Every review is checked by us before publication and we remove reviews that are fake, misleading or breach these terms. We may edit for length. By submitting a review you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it in connection with the Pamvita service.
Intellectual property
The Pamvita name, logo, branding, website and content are owned by or licensed to Pamirian Pharma Ltd. You may use the website for its intended purpose but may not copy or exploit our content or brand without written permission.
Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available and working well but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of it for operational, security or other reasons.
Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including our obligation to provide the booking service with reasonable care and skill.
Subject to that, we are not liable for the performance of a check by a partner location, for decisions you make based on a result (which is a reading, not medical advice), or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you booked.
Where we are liable to you in connection with a booking, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for that booking.
Important health notice
Pamvita does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace your GP or other healthcare professionals. If you have symptoms, urgent concerns or questions about your health, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency call 999; for urgent advice call NHS 111.
Your information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Notice, which explains your rights and the consents we ask for.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, email hello@pamvita.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint, tell you who is handling it and keep you informed. If your complaint concerns a check carried out by a partner, we will help you raise it with them; partners are responsible for the checks they perform and may be subject to their own professional complaints procedures.
Changes to these terms
The version that applies to a booking is the one published when you made it; the version number and effective date appear at the top of this page. We will tell you about material changes before they apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
