Accessibility Statement

Pamvita wants everyone to be able to book a wellness check and see their results, whatever technology or assistance they use. This statement says how accessible the site is today, what we have tested, and what we are still fixing.

Version 2.0 · Effective from 2026-09-12

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. As a private company we are not covered by the public-sector accessibility regulations, but we have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people, and we treat WCAG 2.2 AA as the practical way to meet it.

  • navigate the whole site with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link at the top of every page;
  • use a screen reader: pages have a single main landmark, labelled navigation, meaningful headings, form fields with labels, and error messages that are announced;
  • zoom to 200% or use a narrow (320px) screen without content being cut off or needing sideways scrolling;
  • read text with sufficient colour contrast, and understand information without relying on colour alone (results are shown as numbers and words, never as a colour-coded verdict);
  • sign in using a code sent by email that your browser can autofill, with no CAPTCHA or puzzle to solve;
  • reduce motion — animations and the home-page video are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion;
  • get a warning and a chance to stay signed in before an inactive account session is closed for security.

On 12 September 2026 we ran automated accessibility checks (axe-core) on the home page, wellness check pages, partner finder, booking journey, sign-up and sign-in pages, account pages and the legal pages, and we tested the main journeys with a keyboard only. The findings and fixes are recorded in our accessibility log.

We have not yet completed testing with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack) or with users of assistive technology. We will update this statement when we have.

  • Screen-reader testing is still to be completed; some custom controls (for example the appointment time picker) may read less clearly than we would like.
  • The map on the partner finder is a visual aid; the same partners are always listed as text below it, with address and distance.
  • Our legal documents are currently available in English only; a French version for Morocco is in preparation.
  • Emails are sent as HTML with a plain structure; if you need one in a different format, tell us.

Email hello@pamvita.com and tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. We will reply, and where the site is the problem we will fix it or give you another way to do what you need — for example booking or getting your result by email or phone.

If you need information in a different format (large print, plain text, a different language), ask us and we will do our best to provide it free of charge.

If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which supports people with discrimination concerns under the Equality Act 2010.
