Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email hello@pamvita.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint, tell you who is handling it and how, and keep you informed. If your complaint concerns a check carried out at a partner location, we will help you raise it with that location, which is responsible for the check it performs. Concerns about how we handle your personal information can be sent to privacy@pamvita.com; you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
