Cookie Policy
This policy lists every cookie and similar storage item we use on pamvita.com, what each one does, and how you can change your choice at any time.

What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. "Similar technologies" here means your browser's local storage and session storage, which work in a comparable way. UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) means we may only store or read information on your device if it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, or with your consent.
Your choices
The first time you visit we ask you to choose. "Accept optional cookies" turns on the optional analytics described in section 4. "Reject optional cookies" keeps everything off except what is essential. "Manage choices" lets you decide per category. Nothing optional is stored until you choose, and no optional category is pre-ticked.
You can change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. Rejecting or withdrawing removes the optional items we had stored. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again.
Essential cookies and storage (always on)
These are needed for the site to work and to keep your account secure. They do not need your consent, and the site cannot work properly without them.
- sb-…-auth-token (and related sb-… items) — keeps you signed in to your Pamvita account. Set by our sign-in provider (Supabase) when you sign in; lasts for your session and is refreshed while you use the site.
- pamvita_analytics_consent — remembers the cookie choice you made, so we do not ask on every page. 12 months.
- pamvita_country — remembers the country you selected. 12 months.
- pamvita_lang — remembers the language you selected. 12 months.
- chunk-reload (session storage) — a one-off flag that stops the page reloading in a loop if a site update interrupts loading. Cleared when you close the tab.
- pamvita_last_activity (local storage) — records when you last interacted with the page, so we can sign you out automatically after five minutes of inactivity on account pages, with a warning first. Cleared when you sign out.
- pamvita_ref (session storage) — on the partner application form only, remembers a referral code so it survives sign-in. Cleared when you close the tab.
- pamvita_site_access — only while the site is in private preview: remembers that you entered the access code. 30 days.
- pamvita_admin, pamvita_admin_email, pamvita_2fa — used only by Pamvita staff to sign in to the administration area (session and trusted-device tokens). Not set for customers or partners.
- pamvita_admin_market (cookie, 12 months) and admin-nav-scroll (session storage) — used only by Pamvita staff in the administration area, to remember the market being viewed and the menu scroll position. Not set for customers or partners.
- outreach-visit-draft:<id> (local storage) — used only by Pamvita sales representatives, to keep an unsaved visit note on the device until it is submitted. Not set for customers or partners.
Optional: analytics and campaign measurement (only with your consent)
If you accept optional cookies, we measure how the site is used so we can improve it, and record which marketing campaign brought you here. This is first-party only: the information goes to our own database, not to an advertising network, and it never includes your name, email address, or anything about your health or results. We do not use advertising cookies, social-media pixels or session recording.
- pv_utm — the campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) from the link that first brought you to the site. 12 months.
- pamvita_anon_id (local storage) — a random identifier for your browser, not linked to your account, so we can count returning visits. Persists until you reject cookies or clear your browser data.
- pamvita_session_id (session storage) — a random identifier for the current visit. Cleared when you close the tab.
- What is recorded: the page path (never the full address or any form contents), the check or partner you viewed, whether you started or completed a booking, and the amount of a started checkout. Money and outcome events are recorded by our server, not by your browser.
Third-party content
The map on the partner finder loads its background tiles from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org). When the map loads, your browser sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap to fetch the images, in the same way it would for any picture on a web page. OpenStreetMap does not set cookies on our site. No other third-party scripts, embeds, fonts or trackers load on pamvita.com; our fonts are served from our own site.
If you pay by card, you are taken to a payment page hosted by Stripe, which uses its own cookies for fraud prevention and security under Stripe's own cookie policy.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop you signing in. Guidance is available in your browser's help pages and at aboutcookies.org.
